Presto Pre Art Gel [Bottle]

This gel is ideal before creating hand-drawn nail art and/or applying stickers. When applied before art, delicately drawn lines are less likely to bleed and stickers adhere easily. Applying a thin even layer prior will provide a perfect canvas for your nail art.
