Return Policy

By making a purchase on, you acknowledge that you have read the return policy of as mentioned in this page and abide to agree to them. Any disputes arising between person(s) and will be settled by arbitration with a neutral third party in the state of California.



*Return Policies subject to change without prior notice. It is the Customer's responsibility to check the policy prior to making any new purchases.

Items may be returned (unused, unopened in original condition) within 30 days of delivery for a refund minus a 15% restocking fee. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges. However, Nail Labo will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of manufacturer defect* or shipping damage. Returns due to manufacture defect* will not be charged a 15% restocking fee. If an item is returned but not in like new condition, the return is subject to rejection of return based on the inspection of Labo.

Please understand it is necessary to charge a restocking fee on returns to cover costs associated with filling and processing your order. Returns received after 30 days of delivery are subject to refusal depending on the situation. We sincerely appreciate your timeliness with returns or exchanges.


Returns made to will be refunded in the form of the original payment method.


Missing & Defective Items

Customers must report missing & defective items within 7 days of product arrival. Missing items include items that are not included in the original package and not noted on the invoice. Defective items include damaged goods due to shipment and damaged goods in new condition. Any claims received after 7 days of product delivery are subject to refusal. Missing & defective products received after 30 days will be denied.
