Processing Time

All orders placed by 3 PM (Pacific Time) Monday – Friday are processed within 1-3 business days. We are closed Saturday- Sunday and all major holidays. Orders placed during this time will be processed the following business day.

Delivery Methods

Domestic orders include all orders within the 50 United States & territories will ship via your chosen preferred method at checkout unless other arrangements are made. 

Signature Confirmation

Nail Labo is more than happy to accommodate requests for signature confirmation, and we will automatically apply signature confirmation to orders over $100 for security reasons unless the customer declines it.

 

Customers are given the option of declining signature confirmation for any orders at checkout. However, please be advised that once customers deny signature confirmation, we cannot take responsibility for undelivered/lost/missing packages. We recommend either selecting signature confirmation or Route Protection for your order.

 

*Applying signature confirmation means that someone must be available to sign for the package at the location of delivery—if not, the package will be sent to the nearest USPS, where it can be then picked up by the addressee. Packages that are not picked up at the local USPS within one or two weeks will be returned to our office, and the customer is then responsible for the shipping charges to re-ship the item.

 

*If you would like to request for signature confirmation to be applied on your order under $50, please tell us in the "Special instruction for seller" section at the time of your purchase or please contact us.

 

Route

Nail Labo USA is in partnership with Route to offer Route Protection. This is an insurance-like service that covers your package in shipment. Please refer to the Route Policy page for terms and conditions, as well as FAQ.

Lost Packages

After the order is shipped out, Nail Labo does not take any responsibility for undelivered/missing packages. There is no warranty on undelivered items. Any lost or any other inconvenience situation the customer will face must be solved by the customer.

 

*To prevent lost packages, it is highly recommended that signature confirmation be applied to shipments for security. Signature confirmation will be automatically applied to orders over $100 for security reasons unless the customer declines it.

 

International Shipping

Unfortunately, we are not offering shipping outside of the U.S. at this time.

Holiday Season

Holiday Season means LOST/MISSING PACKAGES. Protect your order by applying signature confirmation or Route Protection. Nail Labo USA automatically applies signature confirmation to all orders during the holiday season free of charge to help protect your order! Route Protection is also automatically added, unless declined by you. Orders must be signed for at the time of delivery—if not, they will be sent to the nearest USPS and safely held there for pickup*. You may decline signature confirmation and/or Route Protection at checkout, but please note that if you do so, Nail Labo cannot take responsibility for undelivered/lost/missing packages.
