Shipping Policy


Free shipping on orders of $99 or more to all locations in the Unites States (except Alaska and Hawaii). *Some exclusions may apply*

Enjoy free shipping (7-10days ground) on selected items throughout the store. If the items in your order which qualify for 'Free Shipping' total $99 or more, your order ships FREE! (Free ground shipping on orders of $300 to Alaska and Hawaii)

*Please note that some items are not qualified for free shipping. Free shipping will apply when you only purchase the qualified items with the logo of mark and spending more than $99. ($300 for Alaska and Hawaii)

All in-stock products ordered by 3:00pm on business days are usually processed and shipped within 48hrs of order placement. Please be advised that there is no shipping on Saturday, Sunday, or observed holidays. Orders placed on these days will be processed the following business day. 

If a merchandise cannot be shipped, we will contact you immediately by email to inform you of the reason. Applicable Sales Tax will be charged on all orders delivered to an address in California. Domestic orders include all orders within the 50 United States & will ship via your chosen preferred method on check out process unless other arrangements are made.


USPS Parcel : From 2 to 8 business days delivery for items in stock and ordered by 3:00 pm. 
USPS Priority : From 2 to 4 business days delivery for items in stock and ordered by 3:00 pm. 

After the product is shipped out, Nail Labo does not take any responsibility for undelivered/missing packages. There is no warranty on undelivered items. Therefore, it is recommended that signature confirmation is applied for shipments. Nail Labo would be more than happy to accommodate signature confirmation based on customer’s request. Please be advised that orders over $99 will be shipped with a signature confirmation. If you would like to decline the signature confirmation, please state so in the notes section when placing your order*

***If a item is returned due to an address mistake by the customer, the customer is responsible for the shipping charges to re-ship the item to the correct address. If an item is returned due to the mistake of Nail Labo, Nail Labo will cover the shipping cost to re-ship the item.
