by aIRI Nishijin #300

Airi’s Nishijin Collection are twinkling metallic foils that are made from plant-based Japanese paper. The name comes from “Nishijin Haku”, which refers to the Japanese paper used for a sash in the Nishijin region of Kyoto, Japan. Exact color and pattern will vary because each sheet was individually handcrafted, no two sheets are identical.

Dimensions: 3 x 2.5 in

Gold leaf, silver leaf, and red leaf are scattered on the base of pale pink washi paper,

A gorgeous yet cute Nishijin leaf sprinkled with red glitter.

The base is Japanese paper made from the fibers of the kozo and mitsumata plants, which are known for their strong fibers and are also used for obi, and Nishijin obi foil is scattered on top of this.

The base is made of soft washi paper, making it easy to apply to curved surfaces, making it easy to incorporate into nail art.
