by aIRI Nishijin #301
Airi’s Nishijin Collection are twinkling metallic foils that are made from plant-based Japanese paper. The name comes from “Nishijin Haku”, which refers to the Japanese paper used for a sash in the Nishijin region of Kyoto, Japan. Exact color and pattern will vary because each sheet was individually handcrafted, no two sheets are identical.
Dimensions: 3 x 2.5 in
Black tenmoku are scattered on top of colorful foil such as gold leaf, yellow-green, green, orange, light blue, and pink, creating a finish that looks just like a Nishikigoi.
